UBL HairCare is committed to providing reliable shipping services. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During peak periods (holidays, promotions, product launches), processing may take up to 10 business days.
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- U.S. Flat Rate Shipping: $30
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after shipment
- Local Pickup: Available and free when selected at checkout
International Shipping Availability
International shipping is available only to the following regions:
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- European Union (EU countries)
- Australia
All other countries are disabled at checkout.
International Shipping Fees
All approved international orders include:
- $150 International Handling Fee (flat)
- Carrier-calculated shipping (DHL / UPS / FedEx)
- Import duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees paid by the customer (DDU)
The $150 handling fee is mandatory and non-refundable.

Customs & International Delays
- International shipments may be delayed by customs inspections.
- UBL HairCare is not responsible for customs delays, refused packages, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- Orders delivered to the address provided are considered fulfilled.
- No refunds or re-shipments will be issued for incorrect addresses.
